How FedFinder protects your account today.
Enterprise security and data protection standards implemented across our platform architecture, data storage, and access controls.
Production Safeguards & Protections
Infrastructure & Hosting Security
FedFinder operates on dedicated, private infrastructure with isolated application and database environments. All traffic is protected by encrypted edge routing with automated DDoS mitigation, and application data stores maintain zero direct inbound ports exposed to the public internet.
Data Encryption
All network traffic and API communication are encrypted in transit via modern TLS with HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) enforced. Sensitive application data and database snapshots are encrypted at rest with industry-standard cryptographic protection.
Authentication & Access Controls
Enterprise identity controls protect user accounts, including multi-factor authentication (MFA/TOTP), single sign-on (SSO), salted cryptographic credential hashing, and automated brute-force rate-limiting defenses.
Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Strict logical boundaries enforce tenant data isolation across all application layers. Organization pursuits, custom alerts, intelligence notes, and team settings remain partitioned, preventing cross-tenant access.
Backups & Resilience
Automated encrypted backups are generated daily and stored in isolated secondary storage with daily, weekly, and monthly retention tiers. Restoration procedures and data recovery drills are routinely validated to ensure business continuity.
Billing Security & Audit Logging
Billing is processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure, ensuring payment credentials never touch application servers. Comprehensive audit logs record critical team modifications and pipeline events for accountability.
Data Governance & Compliance Boundaries
FedFinder is engineered for commercial contracting intelligence. To provide clarity for enterprise legal, compliance, and security teams, we define our data classification, compliance posture, and processing boundaries upfront.
Public Data & CUI Boundaries
FedFinder aggregates and indexes public procurement records, including SAM.gov solicitations and federal award data. The platform is designed strictly for public procurement data and internal pipeline workflows. It is neither authorized nor designed to store Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled data (ITAR/EAR), or classified material. Users must not submit or attach CUI or classified documents anywhere in the platform.
Compliance & Certifications
FedFinder operates independent commercial software infrastructure. While industry-standard encryption, access controls, and data segregation safeguards are maintained, the platform does not hold FedRAMP authorization, SOC 2 certification, or CMMC certification. Organizations requiring formal government compliance authorizations should maintain regulated records in designated sovereign environments.
AI Intelligence & Subprocessing
Generative intelligence features, including The Closer and automated opportunity briefs, utilize vetted enterprise AI model providers. Prompts and public solicitation context are transmitted over encrypted TLS connections to generate responses. Customer queries and proprietary notes are handled under commercial privacy terms and are never used to train public foundation models.
