Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (and the organization you represent) and FedFinder (“we,” “us”). By visiting fedfinder.net or www.fedfinder.net (the “Site”), creating an account, starting a trial, or using the FedFinder application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

FedFinder is a commercial government-contracting intelligence platform. The intelligence it surfaces (opportunities, awards, entities, vehicles, grants, and related signals) is compiled from public government records. FedFinder is a private commercial service: it is not a U.S. government website and is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the U.S. General Services Administration, SAM.gov, or any government agency. Use of FedFinder is never required to register in, or do business with, any government system.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
• Each subscription belongs to a single organization (tenant). Seats may be used only by people in your organization, up to your plan's seat limit.

4. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

• Free trial. New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial of the platform plan. You can cancel during the trial at no charge for the plan.
• Plans and cadence. Plans are offered with annual or monthly billing, as shown on the pricing page. Prices for new subscribers may change with notice; except for the Founding Member pricing described below, a price change takes effect at your next renewal.
• Founding Member pricing. The prices shown on the pricing page are an introductory Founding Member rate. If you subscribe while this rate is offered, you keep that rate for as long as your subscription remains active without a gap, even after list prices rise for new customers. This lock-in applies to the plan subscription price shown at your signup; it does not limit changes to add-on pricing or to fees for features you were not subscribed to at the time.
• Setup fee (monthly billing). Monthly subscriptions carry the one-time onboarding/setup fee shown at checkout, which is charged immediately at checkout and is not part of the free trial. Annual subscriptions waive the setup fee.
• Add-ons. Optional add-ons (such as Waste & Risk Detection) are billed as separate subscriptions, are not included in any free trial, and are charged from the moment of purchase.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except for the 30-day money-back guarantee described below, or where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• 30-day money-back guarantee. If a paid plan is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge and we will refund that charge. The guarantee covers the plan subscription only; the one-time monthly setup fee and any add-on charges (such as Waste & Risk Detection) are excluded. After the 30-day window, canceling an annual plan stops future renewals but does not refund the remainder of the paid term, and monthly plans can be cancelled any time to stop future charges.
• Invoices. Invoices for your organization are available in the Service.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, and no use that violates the rights of others.
• No attempts to probe, breach, or circumvent security or tenant isolation, and no access to data belonging to another tenant.
• No automated scraping, bulk extraction, or resale/redistribution of the Service or its compiled datasets outside your organization.
• No sharing of seats or API keys outside your organization, and no use that exceeds documented rate limits.
• No use of the Service to violate procurement rules, ethics rules, or any obligation you owe a government customer.

6. Your data and our platform

Content your organization creates in the Service (saved searches, targets, notes) belongs to you; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service. The FedFinder platform, software, branding, and the selection, arrangement, and enrichment of compiled data are our intellectual property. Underlying government records remain public information.

7. Data accuracy disclaimer

Government data sources change constantly and contain errors. The Service is provided for market-intelligence purposes: we do not warrant that any record is complete, current, or accurate, and you must verify mission-critical facts against official sources (such as SAM.gov) before relying on them. FedFinder does not guarantee contract awards, teaming outcomes, or business results.

8. Website analytics

The Site uses Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages and to improve the product. Both services, the cookies they set, and your opt-out choices are disclosed in detail in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEDFINDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms (including non-payment or acceptable-use violations), with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 12) survive.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting [email protected].

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post updates here with a new effective date; material changes will be notified to account holders by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
